Free shipping in the USA

Every ChillNest order ships free to addresses in the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing time

We prepare your order within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Once your order ships, delivery takes 5 to 7 business days. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and can be longer during holidays or bad weather.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also check it anytime on our Track your order page.

Wrong address, lost or damaged packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to fix it before the order ships. If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your package arrives damaged, email us and we'll help.
