At FRESHEE™, we are committed to your satisfaction and personal care experience. Please review our policy below for returns, refunds, and order support.


📦 Shipping Notice

Due to high order volume, some shipments may experience slight delays. This may result in delivery taking a few additional days beyond the estimated timeframe.

We appreciate your patience — our team is working hard to deliver every order as quickly as possible.


📌 Tracking Information

Tracking information is typically sent within 5–10 business days after your order has been processed.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be fully canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be in processing. If so, you may request a return once the item has been delivered.


🔄 Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unopened (for hygiene and safety reasons)

  • Must be in its original packaging

  • Must be in the same condition as received

⚠️ Due to the nature of our product (personal hygiene spray), we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.

⚠️ Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.

⚠️ Do not refuse delivery as a method of return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not charge restocking fees.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Please allow 2–5 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.


🚫 Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or returns may be denied if:

  • The product has been opened or used

  • The return request is made after 14 days of delivery

  • The item is not in its original condition
