The product

How does ChillNest work?
A small bedside unit cools (or warms) water and pumps it through thin silicone micro-tubes inside a pad that sits under your fitted sheet. The water carries your body heat away all night.

How cold does it get?
Two cooling modes: Eco lowers your bed temperature about 5°F and Max about 10°F. Heating mode warms it by 5°F or 10°F.

Is it loud?
About 36 dB, roughly a soft whisper. Quieter than a bedside fan.

Will I feel the tubes?
The micro-tubing is thin and sits under your fitted sheet, so the pad feels like part of the bed. There is no weight limit.

Can it leak?
The pad uses durable silicone tubing and an insulated hose that connects securely to the unit. Leaks in the first year are covered by our warranty.

What water do I use, and how often do I refill it?
Tap water works; distilled water helps the unit last longer. You usually only top it off every 4 to 8 weeks.

Will it raise my electric bill?
It uses 110–140 W to cool and 120–150 W to heat, roughly 15 to 20 cents a night at average US rates.

Does it work with my mattress or an adjustable bed?
Yes. It goes on any mattress (foam, hybrid or spring). On an adjustable bed, just avoid pinching the tubes. The hose is 40 inches long.

Can my partner and I use different temperatures?
Yes. Queen, King and Cal King come with two units and two pads, one per side.

Do I need an app, Wi-Fi or a subscription?
No. You set it on the unit and pay once.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free in the US. We prepare your order within 3 business days, then delivery takes 5 to 7 business days. See our Shipping Policy.

How do I track my order?

Do you ship outside the US?
Not at this time.

Returns and warranty

What if it's not for me?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it unused, in its original packaging, for a full refund. See our Refund & Return Policy.

What does the warranty cover?
1 year against defects such as leaks or a unit that stops working under normal use. We repair or replace it. See our Warranty.
