1-year limited warranty

Every ChillNest comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. If your ChillNest has a defect in materials or workmanship under normal home use, such as a leak in the pad or hose, or a unit that stops cooling, heating or pumping water, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

What is not covered

• Damage from accidents, misuse, or not following the user guide (for example, running the unit without water, cuts or punctures, or tubes pinched by a bed frame or adjustable base).
• Normal wear and tear, such as cosmetic marks.
• Products that have been modified or repaired by someone other than ChillNest.
• Products bought from unauthorized sellers.

How to make a claim

Email support@trychillnest.com with your order number, a short description of the problem, and a photo or video that shows it. We'll review it and reply with next steps. If we need the part back, we'll tell you how to send it.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
