This website, trychillnest.com, is operated by ChillNest. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to ChillNest. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Warranty. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Online store terms
You must be at least the age of majority in your state to use this site or place an order. You may not use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform that lets us sell to you.
2. Products and descriptions
We do our best to show our products, colors and specifications accurately. Product photos and screen colors may vary slightly. Temperature, noise and power figures are approximate and can vary with room conditions, bedding and use. We may change product details or discontinue a product at any time.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing errors, orders that appear fraudulent, or orders placed by resellers. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund you in full. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

5. Safe use
Please follow the user guide included with your ChillNest. Use only with a standard US outlet, keep the unit on a stable surface, never run it without water, and keep cords and hoses where they will not be pinched or tripped over. Supervise use around children and pets.
6. Health disclaimer
ChillNest is a comfort product. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Information on this site is for general information only and is not medical advice. If you have a medical condition, such as menopause symptoms, night sweats, poor circulation, diabetes or reduced sensitivity to heat or cold, talk to your doctor before use.
